Director of Kid's Ministry
 

The Director of Kids Ministry supports Canby Alliance Church to live out its mission of forming disciples of Jesus by shaping a warm, relational, and spiritually formative environment for children and families. This role provides vision, leadership, and shepherding presence across nursery through 5th grade, cultivating spaces where children feel known and loved, families feel supported, and volunteers are encouraged and equipped.

 

Far more than coordinating programs, this position is a leader and equipper of a team with a relational capacity for breadth and depth—walking alongside children and parents as they learn to follow Jesus in the everyday moments of life.
